Style secrets from Shelly’s Style Shop

Shelly, Shelly's Style ShopI have always had a passion for fashion.  It’s hard nowadays with the economy and particularly for me my location, but it doesn’t stop me from trying to be in style. I am a wife to a gorgeous husband and mother of three spectacular kids, so as you can imagine my life is pretty busy all the time.  As a very busy woman, I still find time to be a photographer and fitness trainer and, of course, trying to stay up with fashion.

I am not a person with a certain “type” of style. I like everything….it’s seems more fun that way!  I believe if you are a type of person that is not stuck on one style or certain colors, you can really rock it with  things that look good on you. I know since I live way down south with no fancy stores in sight, I may not be caught up with all the street style fashion you would see out west or east, but as long as you feel great in what your in, then more than likely you are looking fabulous.
Fashion doesn’t have to break the bank either. In this picture, I am wearing a great dress by Matty M that I bought thrift. Yes! I know I’m thrifty!  I fell in love with this dress because it was light and flowed with my body when I walked — and above all else, I felt great in it.  This will also be a great dress for spring.  Once you find your perfect spring dress, you need to find some styling shoes.  Lately, I have had an obsession with ankle boots. They are so fashionable and you can wear them with dresses, skirts, shorts and of course your favorite pair of skinny jeans.
So go ahead and go shopping and get ready for spring. Go to your favorite store, shop online or go thrift shopping, whatever makes your heart flutter.  Because we all know style never dies and we all want to look FABULOUS!
