Biker chic

michael kors boots, jessica simpson boot, womens biker boots
As the saying goes, girls are both sugar and spice. So even the most feminine of women every once in a while can’t help but want to be a tough chick. Nothing helps to project that image more than womens biker boots. No matter what clothing you wear – a lacy dress, a miniskirt or  jeggings – a pair of motorcycle shoes with its buckles, chains, studs and eyelets will always add an edge to your attire.  Here are five of my favorite biker shoes:

1. Jessica Simpson Inna boot:Jessica Simpson Inna boot

A classy short pull-on boot made of rich leather, it has a harness detail at the ankle. This Jessica Simpson boot has a one and half inch heel and gives you a sophisticated yet tough look.

2. Harley Davidson Maribel boot:

When you’re talking bikes, can Harley Davidson be far behind? Get the ultimate biker look with this ruched slouchy knee-high zip-up boot. It has two buckled straps, one at the ankle and the other on the shaft, each with two layers of grommets.

3. Michael Kors St Marks open toe pull-on boot:

This sassy peep-toe leather ankle boot has a four-inch heel, three rows of eyelets and a metal buckle accent. With an edgy design, these Michael Kors boots are sure to help you garner a lot of attention.

4. Alexander McQueen biker jacket bootie:Alexander McQueen biker jacket bootie

Want a shoe that reminds you of a bomber jacket? Here’s the answer: made of soft leather, cutout details and golden hardware, this peep toe bootie has a front zip with a skull logo and high heels. All the better to look rough and tough!

5. Belle by Sigerson asymmetric-zip wedge bootie:

Here’s a leather wedge bootie that portrays a suave yet strong persona. It has a functional wraparound zipper with a piston shaped slider.
If you love the tough but sweet look, you’re in luck! Biker chic is the “it” thing right now. This look never really goes out of fashion completely, so when you do get yourself an edgy boot, make sure it’s of good quality. Surely you can’t look tough with boots that are tacky!
